Ln.Jc.K. Chinna Reddappa Naidu was born in a small village Chinna Kammalapalli which is located in Chittor district in 29th August, 1963. He is the son of Late K. Siddaiah Naidu and Chinnamma. He was educated locally at sri srinivasa Junior College, Renigunta before later attending S.G.S Arts College for completing B.A. At third level he attended S.V.Govt.Polytechnic, Tirupati where he qualified with a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Ln.Jc.K. Chinna Reddappa Naidu starting his career in 1989 to established with a small Investment to cater the needs of a common man and running successfully without any small remark or any complaint.The company was named as Gaja Lakshmi Finance Corporation.He married Aruna Kumari on 13th November, 1991. Together they had a son and a daughter.
